A reel from the record
Playing the reel — seeking the tape from clip to clip — needs JavaScript, and so does listing its clips (they live in the link, not on any page). With JavaScript off, open the record or search it to read the moments in place.
A reel is a short sequence of moments — roll calls, decisions, questions, the turns of an argument — pulled from the record, from one meeting or several, and strung together in order. The whole reel rides in the link that brought you here: which meetings, which moments, in what order. Nothing was uploaded, and nothing about you was kept.
The tape is embedded from YouTube, never rehosted. A reel of one meeting renders as a video at the desk — its reel.json opens in Highlighter, in the desktop app.
